Q. Where is Lunar Lounge Design’s furniture manufactured?
A. All our materials are sourced locally and our products are manufactured & assembled in Winnipeg Manitoba Canada.
Q. What lead time should I expect on orders?
A. We usually allow between 4-6 weeks per item for our occasional tables and 8-10 weeks per item on our seating plus transit time depending on quantity and complexity. Time may vary depending on our production schedule at time of ordering. If you need your piece for a specific date, please indicate that at time of purchase and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Q. Can I specify fabric or finishes for my furniture?
A. As all our furniture is made to order we can certainly utilize specific fabrics & finishes. Paint colors can be matched to your material palette and many of our clients choose from our material swatch page or even source their own material to insure proper matching.
Q. Do you have a printed pricelist?
A. The nature of the work we undertake requires each project request to be priced individually to ensure current material prices and labor costs are considered. The prices listed on our website are always kept current and up to date. Please contact us directly for your personal quote on special order or custom request.
Q. How quickly can you quote on my project?
A. We will usually try and answer your inquiry within 12 hours, and often quicker if at all possible.
Q. Our table arrived damaged. What do we do?
A. We do our best to pack our products against shipping damages, but from time to time it happens. If your table is damaged, please retain all of the packaging materials and box and contact us immediately. We will file a damage claim on your behalf with the shipping company. They may send a claims agent to your home to inspect the damage and packaging, so it is important to keep it. Once we receive the damage claim from the courier company, we will build you replacement table and send it out to you ASAP.
Q. Do you offer a warranty?
A. Yes, a 14 day return to maker warranty on defective products only. Repair, replacement or merchandise credit at our discretion on an case by case basis. Sorry, no refunds. All sales are final. Please contact us for details.
Q. Do you exchange reciprocal links with related companies?
A. Lunar Lounge Design exchanges links on an application basis only.
Q. Do you offer a retailer program?
